Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, with a clear reason and reproduction steps where applicable.

Eligible cases

• Critical bug that we cannot resolve within 14 days.
• Product materially differs from its description.

Non-eligible cases

• You changed your mind after downloading.
• Customisations done by your developer broke the product.
• Lifetime license issued and a key was activated on a live site.
